The following Safety Screening for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) helps your provider ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you. This brief questionnaire identifies any medical conditions, medications, or implanted devices that could increase the risk of side effects or complications during treatment. TMS is a very safe procedure with a low risk of serious side effects because patients are robustly screened before being treated.
