ACE-Q

The Adverse Childhood Experiences Questionnaire (ACE-Q) is a 10-item self-report measure designed to retrospectively assess exposure to potentially traumatic experiences from birth to age 18 years . Developed within a public health framework, the ACE-Q evaluates two broad categories of adverse childhood experiences: abuse and neglect, and household dysfunction. Your provider asks that you complete this screening tool. There are no wrong answers.
